I’ve Gone Birdy!

Yep it’s finally happened – I’ve gone full on birdy!  Ok, maybe not, but since the Western Tanagers came through I’ve been having a good time finding, identifying, and photographing birds that are traveling past/near the feeder in my yard.  The birds are fun because they are really shy and I’m using a manual focus lens.  Not only do you have to be fast enough at the focus and still enough that you don’t scare them, but you have to be willing to wait for them to come to you…
